3. I have applied and got a mail for an interview scheduled on Some Date but don't know what they will be asking. Can you help?

Remember The competition is high as they offer limited internships, but if you can showcase your hands-on experience effectively, it shouldn't be overly challenging

They will ask questions related to your projects and assess your efficiency in full-stack development. It's better to showcase your hands-on experience in web development, either full or front/backend, to convince them of your skills.
 
5. How should I prepare for the interview? Any specific technologies important for interview preparation?
 
They will be more or less asking about web development. Convince them of your expertise in web development, whether full or front/backend. Emphasize your hands-on experience in projects mentioned on your resume, both academic and non-academic, to showcase your proficiency in the tech stack you are applying for.

Yes, i too got shortlisted. After getting shortlisted i received an official offer letter on the aicte portal, which i have to either accept or reject.
 They will share you the joining location and time to report. 
You have to follow the instruction and Join accrodingly.
7. Bro, What is the Internship Stipend for AICTE Internships?
There is no such fixed stipend on aicte portal as they offer a wide range of internship, which have different range of stipend from being unpaid to anywhere upto 50K/month.
But as far as WBL internship is being considered they offer a fixed stipend of Rs 10,000/Month for all the program irrespective of the profile and the location.
8. Is it worth doing CDAC internship for 6 months during the 7th semester?
It majorly depends on person to person as what a person is aiming for. 7th semester is a quite crucial semester in an engineer student life and If you want to go in a Serious Tech domain with experience in governance related technology, it can be a good to go option.
But if you are in a college where placements happens in the 7th semester than you can skip ,to join if you think it will hard for you to manage the workload of both the task. 
So i think it totally depends on the person and their Multi tasking and pressure handling appetite.
9. Please guide me, I have applied for this Jan program but don't know about the questions that will be asked in the interview and whether it will be good to join or not?
i have answered what they will be asking in the above section,but as far as the opportunity is being concerned, i will say it will be good to join if you want to add some good experience in your resume and you don't have much options,then it will be a good to opt for Option.
But if you have different offer letter in your hand  with better exposure and experience opportunity then you can critically analyze and choose for what is best for you.

They select interns based on the interview only, so prepare well for that.
11. I received a form link for document submission. What's the next step?
If you have received the link to submit documents, firstly check it for the authenticity and if it holds true, Congratulate your application is processed and for the further process they can ask you the certificates regarding your academics, caste and NOC from college.
12. How to apply?
You can apply on the official website of WBL or AICTE .
13. How to register if facing issues after choosing AICTE?
Look for the better and stable connection as registering on AICTE is a very easy task. But if you are struggling with try changing your browser or device.
Also if you are unable to apply for particular internship then the reason can be 
  1. The location of internship is not matching with your preferred location, Try updating your preferred location from the profile Section.
  2. The Internship does not match your educational background or the sector you have your skills in.
14. I got shortlisted in AICTE internship but what do I do? Tell me about the next step.
Wait for the offer letter ,officials will call you and ask for the confirmation.
after getting confirmation from yoou they will release the offer letter on the official website of the aicte ,you can access that from the application management section.
Accept or reject the offer letter and follow the instruction mentioned in the offer letter.

FAQ's After Getting Shortlisted



  1. Accommodation Facilities:

    • Is there any provision for accommodation for interns, especially for those coming from outside the city?
    •  Yes they will be providing the accommodation facility but that will/can incur you charges depending on the location of the internship.
  2. Leave Policy:

    • Could you provide details about the leave policy during the internship? Are there provisions for both paid and unpaid leaves?
    • As far as discussed with the officials they offer 10 Paid leaves out of which 4CL's are there. Thes paid leaves are entitled for the course of 6months.
    • Officials have said that you can opt for unpaid leaves. (but on the lighter note, so not clear about what the norms they will be following for these leaves)
  3. Exam Leaves:

    • If there are any exams during the internship period, will interns be allowed time off for preparation and examination?
    • As stated above,they will give you 10Paid leaves and you can opt for unpaid leaves. I will be updating the leaves section once i get clear Info about it.
  4. Working Hours:

    • What are the standard working hours for interns? Are there any expectations regarding overtime or flexible working hours?
